Job Responsibilities Drive profitable growth by implementing and executing sales strategies across the Plumbing Department. Lead, coach, and develop team members to increase sales performance and overall productivity. Train technicians on building customer rapport and presenting solutions that meet customer needs. Establish clear sales expectations and hold the team accountable to achieving and exceeding revenue goals. Partner with the Director of Operations to improve processes and optimize performance. Collaborate with customer service and dispatch teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experience. Monitor technician performance and provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities. Manage team scheduling to effectively meet customer demand and seasonal fluctuations. Serve as a technical resource and support for field technicians when needed, including in-field coaching. Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with OSHA, state, and local safety regulations at all times. Perform additional leadership and operational duties as assigned. Requirements 5+ years of residential plumbing experience with leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of plumbing service, repair, and local codes. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop technicians to drive performance and revenue. Experience managing KPIs (revenue, average ticket, conversion, productivity). Strong sales and customer service skills. Ability to resolve customer concerns and manage team performance. Experience working with dispatch and operations teams. Proficient in ServiceTitan or similar software. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recor. Organized, safety-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
