Job Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and piping. Respond to service calls promptly, providing efficient and high-quality plumbing solutions for homeowners. Inspect plumbing systems and fixtures to detect issues and recommend repair or replacement options. Troubleshoot leaks, clogs, water pressure problems, and drainage issues using industry-standard tools and techniques. Provide clear explanations to customers regarding problems, solutions, pricing, and maintenance tips. Prepare and complete work orders, estimates, and service documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools, equipment, and service vehicle. Follow all safety guidelines, plumbing codes, and company procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards. Collaborate with dispatch and office staff to update job statuses and ensure smooth workflow. Represent the company professionally through excellent customer service and a courteous attitude. Other duties as assigned. Requirements 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience. Valid plumbing license or apprentice registration (per state requirements). Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, troubleshooting, and local codes. Ability to diagnose issues and present repair/replacement options to customers. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (attics, crawlspaces, outdoors). Organized, safety-focused, and comfortable using job management software. Willingness to participate in ongoing technical and sales training.
