Requirements We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plumbing Service Technician with experience in residential and commercial plumbing. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot, repair, and install plumbing systems efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a professional who is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. Install new plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances according to building codes and manufacturer specifications. Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate estimates and communicate work plans to clients. Maintain service vehicles, tools, and inventory in good working condition. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local building codes. Document work performed and communicate issues or additional needs to management. Assist in training junior technicians as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience as a plumbing technician in residential and commercial settings preferred. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety procedures. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Minimum 3+ years experience Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong customer service and communication skills. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Plumbing license or certification preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces when necessary. Why Join Us?
