Overview: Same Day Heating & Air Plumbing and Electrical is looking for an experienced and driven Service Plumber to join our team. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial plumbing systems. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair a wide range of plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, piping, and drainage systems. Perform routine service, maintenance, and emergency repairs. Communicate clearly and honestly with customers regarding plumbing issues and solutions. Complete service tickets and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail. Follow all local plumbing codes and safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle. Stay current with industry practices and technologies through training and education. Core Competencies: Technical Skill: Proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of plumbing systems. Customer Focus: Listens actively, communicates clearly, and always works to earn the customer's trust and satisfaction. Problem Solving: Approaches issues with a calm, logical mindset and takes initiative to find effective, lasting solutions. Accountability: Owns responsibilities, manages time effectively, and completes work to a high standard without needing constant oversight.
