Description
Description We’re looking for a skilled Residential Plumber who wants more than a job — someone ready to build a career with a company that’s got your back. In this role, you’ll do more than fix pipes. You’ll connect with homeowners, solve problems, and help families feel comfortable in their homes. You’ll get top-notch training, the right tools, and the support you need to level up your career — all while being part of a team that actually celebrates your wins. What You’ll Do Diagnose, repair, and replace plumbing systems and fixtures in residential homes. Build real relationships with customers — not just quick in-and-out jobs. Guide homeowners to confident buying decisions by solving their problems, not pushing sales. Keep your truck stocked, your records accurate, and your work clean. Stay sharp with ongoing training and weekly 1:1s with your manager. Play a key role in our on-call rotation. Live out our Core Values every day. Requirements What You Bring 1–3 years of plumbing experience (residential preferred). Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong technical know-how and problem-solving skills. Solid communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and on a team. Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar CRM is a plus. Physical Side of the Job Lift/carry 50 lbs plus. Work in crawl spaces, attics, and outdoor conditions. Stand, walk, and handle tools for extended periods. Why Streamline? Competitive pay 100% Employer-paid Medical + Dental PTO: Two weeks + 6 holidays + YOUR birthday + a loved one’s birthday Vision & supplemental insurance options 401k with 3% company match Fully stocked take-home truck Company iPhone & iPad 8 company-paid uniforms Weekly paid training + 1:1 coaching Tool purchase program Employee appreciation events & team celebrations Our Culture At Streamline, you’re not just a tech — you’re part of a family. We live by our Core Values: Dependable – Have each other’s back. Dedicated – Finish strong, do it right. Positive – Bring the fun, spread positivity. Eager to Learn – Be 1% better every day. Process-Driven – Trust the system, stay disciplined. Humble – Serve others first, stay authentic. We train, we celebrate wins, and we back each other up. This is a place where your hard work actually pays off.
