As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Plumbing Technician to provide exceptional service to our customers as well as reliable support to our team. As a Plumbing Technician, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. You’ll have the chance to work both independently and as part of a supportive team. We value good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. This role is based in Mesquite, Nevada and serves the surrounding area. In addition to a competitive wage there are excellent benefits including: 100% paid insurance premiums on medical, dental, and vision for the employee Employee family medical plans available 401k & Roth 401k plans with up to a 4% company match 100% paid long-term disability insurance Paid life insurance plan 2 floating holidays 6 paid holidays Vacation pay Paid weekly Responsibilities Include: Diagnose plumbing system issues and present repair options Install, repair, service and maintain plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites Install water heaters, boilers, faucets, toilets, sinks, and other plumbing fixtures Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations Communicate system findings clearly to customers and explain required and recommended repairs and upgrades Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices Identify opportunities to offer additional services, upgrades, or preventative maintenance Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly revenue goals Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Recognize work that requires permitting and communicate with office to obtain permits Fulfill on-call duties according to the department schedule Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed Safely operate and maintain assigned company vehicle and equipment Requirements Minimum of 2 years of plumbing experience Excellent communication and customer service skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn Good character and ability to work well within a team Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Neat, clean, and organized work habits Strong work ethic
Responsibilities
