We currently have employment opportunities in a variety of global locations and disciplines. https://www.yumetoys.com/ Job Description Work closely with designers from design concept, product style, and functional requirements, transforming abstract concepts into practical and feasible production solutions. Conduct structural analysis of plush products and design detailed production processes, ensuring the products meet design specifications and are suitable for mass production. Provide professional recommendations on fabric and accessory based on product characteristics, under cost control. Guide suppliers through sample development and trial production, improve production techniques, and resolve issues identified during pattern-making and sewing processes to shorten sample lead time and ensure smooth mass production. Ensure all products meet the quality and safety standards. Principals only, please; no recruiters or phone calls. Qualifications 8+ years experience in plush toys development, familiar the process from concept development to mass production. Diploma / Bachelor's degree. Proficient in using electric sewing machines, digital printing, embroidery, appliqué, hand sewing, and knowledgeable in cutting, stuffing, and final finishing techniques. Strong knowledge of plush product manufacturing processes, development cycles, and various fabrics/materials (including different textures and material characteristics). Familiar toys safety and testing standards, e.g. EN71 and ASTM. Able to negotiate with suppliers on pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and other procurement conditions to ensure competitive advantages. Good communication skills and teamwork splits, capable of coordinating effectively with cross-functional departments. Able to independently analyze and resolve issues encountered during product development and production. Detail‑minded, responsible, and with strong professional ethics. Able to complete tasks on time. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Well-versed in MS Office (Words, Excel, Outlook & Teams). Short notice or immediate available is highly preferred.
