12 years’ experience as a Project Manager in a healthcare environment leading large, complex projects including budget creation and cost tracking, assignment of resources and managing interdependencies in delivering a combination of technology, business and process change. 8 years’ experience managing projects that incorporated organizational change management strategies and plans, using a structured methodology such as Prosci. 7 years’ experience as a Project Manager in a healthcare environment implementing large transformational projects including organizational redesign. 3 years’ experience as a project manager responsible for planning and implementing a Public Health Surveillance and Monitoring system on a provincial scale. 3 years’ experience working on projects where Indigenous/First Nations leadership were project stakeholders. Experience should include frequent interaction and collaboration with Indigenous/First Nations stakeholders to achieve a common goal. 1 year of experience as a project manager working on projects requiring collaboration with multiple government departments and reporting to government leadership. 1 year of experience working on projects with post-secondary educational facilities.​ Requirements Valid PMP Certification.
