Technical Manager Java
We are looking for a highly skilled Techical manager to join our team and play a key role in managing real-time payment solutions within the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java ,PLSQL , experience in Web Technologies, IBM WebSphere Server and familiarity with databases. This role requires an individual who is adept at troubleshooting, debugging, and working within a Linux in production environment. The person must be hand’s-on in coding (Java)
Investigating and resolving production issues
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, with experience working in a Linux environment.
Good in Requirement gathering.
Good in client handling
Performing root cause analysis
Develop and manage the project, communication, resource plans and processes
Analyze all management and technical processes to ensure they re delivered as expected
Meet regularly with project stakeholders and define project goals and objectives
Strong in Java
Strong in Oracle/PLSQL
JSP and TagLib Knowledge added advantage
Good in Linux added advantage
Strong in Leadership
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work
effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Strong in IBM Web Sphere server
