Bistro Attendant
Department: Food & Beverage
Reports To: Assistant General Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
. Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
. Food Handler’s Certification (if required by local regulations).

o Complete daily checklists and reports.
o Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures.
o Assist with inventory control and ordering.
