Position Summary The FOH Crew is a key member of the guest-facing team responsible for creating a warm, welcoming experience. This role supports daily operations by greeting guests, bussing tables, running food and beverages, and maintaining a clean, organized restaurant environment. As a tip-eligible, crew-level role, this position is essential in delivering seamless hospitality and supporting the restaurant's overall success. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome upon arrival. Run food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests. Clear and reset tables to maintain a clean dining area. Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant, including floors, counters, restrooms, and common areas. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures. Support team members and collaborate to ensure smooth shift operations. Communicate effectively with BOH staff and management to ensure guest satisfaction. Follow Olive & Finch service standards and uphold brand values at all times. Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required. Strong guest service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and stay calm under pressure. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs. Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. Reporting Structure Reports to the General Manager. This position does not have direct reports. Work Environment & Physical Requirements This is a hands-on, guest-facing position requiring extended periods of standing, walking, and carrying food and beverages. Must be able to bend, lift, and move quickly to support service. Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay + tip share (Crew Level 1).
