All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status. 岗位职责: 1.项目规划:结合割草机器人产品roadmap，制定详细项目计划，拆解WBS任务等; 2.项目执行与管控:统筹测试、产品、研发、生产等跨职能团队，合理分配任务，协调内外部资源(如供应商、合作方)，保障团队高效协作;通过每日站会、每周周会等跟踪项目进度，及时发现并解决进度滞后、需求冲突、资源不足等问题; 3.需求与变更管理:对接产品经理、市场端及用户反馈，评估需求可行性及对项目的影响;建立规范的需求变更流程，审核变更申请，确保变更有序落地，不影响项目整体目标; 4.版本管理与发布:协调研发、测试团队完成需求开发、任务拆解、bug修复，确保版本稳定性与兼容性;负责版本发布与审核，跟踪版本发布后内部及海外用户反馈，及时处理版本迭代中的问题，优化版本管理流程; 5.团队赋能与流程优化:协助搭建并优化研发项目管理流程，推动敏捷开发在团队中的落地;配合团队建设，激励研发人员，提升团队凝聚力与执行力，解决团队工作中的难点问题，助力团队能力提升。任职要求。 1.专业及经验:计算机、软件工程、自动化、电子信息等相关专业，3年及以上智能硬件机器人领域软件项目管理经验，有割草机器人、扫地机器人等家用机器人软件项目管理经验者优先; 2.专业能力:具备完整的软件项目全生命周期管理经验，能独立负责中大型软件项目;了解机器人核心软件模块(规划算法、感知避障、建图定位、APP开发、固件升级等)，快速对接研发团队解决技术相关协调问题; 3.工具与技能:熟练使用项目管理工具( Teambition、Jira、MS Project等)，具备良好的文档撰写能力，能独立输出项目计划等。All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status.
