Summary
The Lead PM Steward is responsible for overseeing and assisting with the cleanliness and organization of all hotel china, glassware, silverware, and cookware. This role also supports the stewarding team by ensuring banquet event orders are followed accurately and operational needs are met. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively with other departments to maintain a high level of service and cleanliness.
This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weights. The Lead PM Steward sets the example for the team by maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
