Hours - 4:00 PM - 10:30 PM Key Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere - Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently - Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits - Lead and supervise the Food and Beverage to ensure high standards of service - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas - Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly - Assist in training and mentoring new staff members - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations - Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed - Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations - Follow and uphold all Hilton Brand Standards Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a server and bartender, with leadership responsibilities preferred - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, including cocktail recipes - Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure - Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays - High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., ServSafe) are a requirement - Professional appearance and positive attitude We foster a vibrant, inclusive work environment that values teamwork, growth, and excellence.
