Requirements Requirements Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Assist in the preparation of ingredients Collaborate to ensure timely and efficient service Monitor food quality and presentation before serving Adhere to portion control and waste reduction practices Skills and Qualifications: 1 year experience as a line cook in a full service hotel or high volume restaurant. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
