Known for elevated coastal Italian cuisine and vibrant hospitality, Èlephante delivers a high-energy, high-volume dining experience in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. We’re looking for strong cooks who thrive under pressure, work clean and organized, and take pride in consistency and execution. Position Overview As a PM Line Cook, you will be responsible for executing dinner service with precision and urgency while maintaining the highest culinary standards. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform consistently during peak service. Responsibilities Execute menu items accurately and efficiently during PM service Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper station setup Follow recipes, plating standards, and portion controls Communicate effectively with culinary team and expo Maintain food safety and sanitation standards Assist with prep and station breakdown as needed Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture Qualifications 2+ years line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant Strong understanding of cooking techniques and station management Ability to perform under pressure during busy dinner shifts Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, and holidays required) Compensation & Schedule $22–$24 per hour (based on experience) Full-time and part-time positions available Opportunity for growth within a dynamic hospitality group If you’re ready to bring energy, precision, and professionalism to one of Scottsdale’s most exciting kitchens, we’d love to meet you.
