Job description INTOWN GOLF CLUB LLC. LINE COOK Intown Golf Club is the premier private social club and lifestyle brand for people that appreciate the game of golf. IGC is currently seeking a line cook to join the team, uphold the core values of IGC, and foster a culture of service excellence. Line Cook's General Responsibilities Have a thorough knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, recipes, and preparation methods. Thorough station set-up, breakdown, and line checks. Execute all cooking responsibilities for line shifts, include consistent execution of recipes in the following areas: Prep Fry Station Saute Station Grill Station Uphold Intown Golf Club standards of quality and freshness. Maintain Intown Golf Club standards in the areas of cleanliness and organization. Know and follow all applicable State and County food safety and Health Department standards. Identifies and solves any problems related to food quality. Maintain effective communication with expediter and fellow employees throughout shift with regard to item availability, status of working orders and special circumstances. Assists all other employees, whenever possible, with any tasks necessary for effective guest focused restaurant operation. Performs any task deemed necessary by managers for complete guest satisfaction. Resolves any guest dissatisfaction or complaints with their dish. Expected to have honest, open communication with staff, managers and owners.
