Description Overview The Field Quality Supervisor leads and supports driver and installation teams to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality appliance deliveries and installations. This role focuses on training, coaching, ride-along inspections, and real time field leadership and field teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality appliance deliveries, and installations. This role focuses on training, coaching, ride-along inspections, and real-time field leadership during peak operations Schedule Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 11:00 AM – Close Conduct PM driver check-ins Conduct ride-behinds Review performance results with drivers and management Provide hands-on support and problem resolution in the field Support warehouse operations as needed as well as Office Provide on-site leadership during peak PM activity Hold drivers accountable and make real-time decisions Qualifications Experience in final-mile delivery or logistics preferred Appliance installation experience (refrigerators, dishwashers, washers/dryers, ovens, etc.) preferred Experience with moving Heavy Appliances with Handcart Proven leadership or team-training experience Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to de-escalate customer concerns Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record Ability to pass background and DOT requirements English fluency required; Spanish bilingual beneficial Why work here?
