Shift: 2-10 p.m. or 3-11 p.m. About Us Nestled in the scenic Lehigh Valley, Saucon Valley Country Club is a premier private club retreat featuring three 18-hole championship golf courses, seven dining venues, and nine banquet venues. Our diverse culinary offerings set the standard for fine and casual dining experiences in the region. Position Overview Saucon Valley Country Club is seeking a PM Prep Cook to support our culinary team in preparing high-quality ingredients and menu components for evening service, banquets, and member dining. This role is essential to ensuring the kitchen is organized, well-stocked, and ready to execute service at the highest level. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys working behind the scenes to help the kitchen run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Prepare ingredients for evening à la carte service and banquet functions (cutting, portioning, sauces, stocks, etc.) Assist with basic cooking tasks and production for dinner service Maintain organization and cleanliness of prep areas, walk-ins, and storage areas Follow recipes, prep lists, and instructions from chefs to ensure consistency and quality Properly label, date, and rotate products according to food safety standards Assist with kitchen setup for service and support line cooks as needed Help with end-of-shift cleaning and organization Professional Development At Saucon Valley Country Club, we are committed to your growth.
