Job Description Do you have a technical university degree? Are you communicative, active, and responsible? Can you communicate fluently in English? Do you have experience in project management? and don't mind the occasional business trip abroad? Then we are looking for you! • implementation of the assigned project per the project costing, contract, and time schedule • maintain customer focus • manage a multi-disciplined project team throughout the complete project life cycle • serve as a proactive leader/problem solver addressing complex issues and situations as they arise • solve multicomplex technical issues - and manage and direct multi-discipline, highly specialized design teams, working in cross border organizational networks (during the project execution phase.) • active support of Procurement in creation and reviewing of detailed technical specification for sub-contract and supplier work packages • management of project work, management reporting • cooperation with the purchasing department in securing subcontracts within the project • cooperation with the design department in creating a technical solution for the order • communication with the customer and subcontractor during the project • cooperation with the sales department in obtaining orders Qualifications WE REQUIRE: • Technical University of Mechanical/Industrial Engineering • previous experience with project management in industry min. 3-5 years • interest in working especially on foreign projects • Fluent in English is Must, German, or other languages is an advantage • valid PMP certification is a big advantage • Interpersonal and communication skills along with demonstrable leadership capabilities in creating unified and motivated project teams • able to interface with all members of the organization in a professional, calm, helpful and courteous manner • high degree of personal integrity and process oriented • organizational and communication skills, independence, logical thinking • ability to work hard, resistance to stress • knowledge of MS Project and SAP project management tools is an advantage • basic orientation in standards and the ability to apply and comply with them • knowledge of working in AutoCAD at least in 2D • ability to read drawing documentation • working knowledge with MS office word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint • able to travel to job sites, as required for position • driver's license B • clean criminal record Additional Information WE OFFER: • attractive salary corresponding to the demands of the position and based on your experience •huge opportunities to be developed as well as to work in our other international branches • the background of a successful foreign engineering supplier group • work in a pleasant environment and in a friendly team • flexible working hours • 5 weeks of vacation •catering allowance Contact: EUMER Group Czech Republic a.s.
