Description $250 Signing Bonus. Available after 90-days. Weekends and holidays are required. The Courtyard Rochester Downtown, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a DRIVEN PM Server. The PM Server is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests during the evening shift. You will work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure that all orders are delivered promptly and accurately. Responsibilities: - Greet guests and take their orders in a friendly and professional manner - Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions guests may have - Enter orders accurately into the POS system and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff - Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner - Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns - Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions - Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables and ensuring proper sanitation procedures are followed - Assist with opening and closing duties as needed What are we looking for?
