River Region Psychiatry Associates is seeking dedicated Psychiatric Physician Assistants (PAs) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to join our growing team in Columbia, TN.

• This is a Full-time opportunity in both Inpatient and Outpatient settings, or can also be structured as Inpatient Only.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Manage medications for patients, including those with substance use disorders.
• Deliver high-quality inpatient and/or outpatient psychiatric care.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation standards.
