Scalian is seeking a PMI Data Leader to serve as the central point of reference for all data-related topics—both technical and governance-focused—within a major transformation program. This role is instrumental in ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance across multiple systems and stakeholders during a complex enterprise separation and integration initiative. The PMI Data Leader will be a key interface between technical, architectural, and business domains, enabling a smooth and secure data transition across platforms and organizations. Job Description Represent, explain, and promote data governance principles across the program and organization Ensure consistent and cohesive data architecture across all systems, applications, and services Maintain and consolidate mapping of data flows, including applications, business objects, data sets, data consumers, and users Understand the current data landscape, including storage mechanisms and movement flows; ensure alignment of future-state architecture with strategic data principles Partner with architecture, governance, and external stakeholders to implement and enforce data governance rules Define standards for data interfaces and support secure, compliant data exchange practices Manage data-related risks, access controls, and security requirements Drive data transformation efforts, ensuring correct handling of all transferred data (databases, file systems, SaaS-based repositories, etc.) Act as the local Data Architect and ultimate decision-maker for data-related IT matters Support junior and semi-junior resources through internal mentoring Travel to other program sites may be required for coordination and support activities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field 3 years of experience in data governance data architecture or enterprise data management preferably in a PMI or enterprise transformation context Proven ability to map data flows across complex environments and ensure consistency across systems Strong understanding of data modeling integration and secure data handling practices Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and governance frameworks Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to enforce standards across technical and business teams Experience supporting data transitions across legacy systems SaaS platforms and cloud environments Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving data challenges during transformation Additional Information To acquire experience in different critical industries and projects while working for the same company; To have a competitive salary and a great benefits package To access training that focuses on expanding your knowledge while staying up to date with cutting edge technologies and best practices; To have a clear career development plan that suits your goals; To have the possibility of working abroad through our mobility program thanks to our international presence; To join a dynamic, specialized, and fast-growing group where communication is key and where every team member is valued.
