£24,000 BASIC + UNCAPPED COMMISSION (OTE £50,000+)

About the role
We are looking for two experienced Private Medical Insurance (PMI) Specialists to join our growing team. This is a remote position, giving you flexibility to manage your own time while being fully supported with leads, training, and admin backup.
You’ll be responsible for bringing in new PMI business, as well as cross-selling other protection products where appropriate. We provide daily qualified leads, so you can focus on converting sales, not endless cold calling.

• £24,000 basic salary
• Uncapped commission – 10% once £20,000 AP is written (OTE £50,000+)

Responsibilities

• Generate new PMI business from provided leads
• Cross-sell life, CIC, and income protection where appropriate
• Work within FCA compliance, supported by our admin and compliance teams
• Manage your own pipeline and calendar
• Attend a weekly meeting with the Sales Manager for coaching and support

Requirements

• Proven PMI sales experience is essential
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Confident in handling both individual and business clients
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting
• FCA knowledge and ability to operate compliantly
