公司介绍职位描述该岗位需要PMO专员通过有效的项目治理、全面的报告汇报以及提升项目卓越性，推动组织卓越发展。 Job Description: 项目统筹管理 • 最低规则集（minimum ruleset）：实施项目最低规则集，确保合规性与一致性。 • 流程推行：推行项目管理流程，包括识别关键变更、组织本地会议、制作中文版演示文稿，并充当中国与德国之间的沟通桥梁。 • 流程裁剪：主导项目管理领域的流程裁剪工作，以满足本地市场驱动的速度需求。项目卓越 • 项目抽查：定期进行项目评估与监控，提升整体项目卓越性及项目管理团队（CPjM和TPjM）的能力。 • 咨询与培训：为项目团队和利益相关者提供专业的咨询与培训。 • 社区管理：维护和更新项目管理社区的资源与知识库。 • 工具管理：推行工具及其更新，作为本地窗口或专家。项目汇报 • 项目组合管理：概览项目组合，识别关键项目以提升进一步透明度报告的能见度。 • steering会议（指导委员会会议）：通过开发模板来准备和整合项目组合报告；组织并推进项目指导会议。 • 全球协同：协调全球会议与汇报工作。 Project Governance •Minimum Ruleset: Implement project minimum ruleset, ensuring compliance and consistency •Process roll out: PM process roll out, including key changes identification, local meeting, slides with CN version, and bridge between CN and Germany •Process tailor: Leading the process tailoring mainly focus on PM area to fulfill local market driven speed Project Excellence •Spot Checks: Conduct regular project assessments and monitoring, enhance overall project excellence and competence of project management team( CPjM and TPjM) •Consulting & Training: Provide expert consulting and training to project teams and stakeholders •Community Management: Maintain and update PM community resources and knowledge base •Tools: Roll out of tools and updates, as local window or expert Project Reporting •Portfolio Management: Overview of project portfolio in, identify critical projects for further transparency reporting. •Steering Meetings: Prepare and consolidate portfolio reports with template development，Organize and facilitate project steering meetings； •Global Alignment: Coordinate global meetings and reporting 职位要求本科及以上学历 3-5年项目管理经验，持有PMP证书者优先精通项目管理流程，具备项目管理工具、数字化及AI方面的经验具备较强的分析与汇报能力，拥有市场与业务驱动的思维模式出色的沟通与利益相关者管理能力 Legal Entity: Bosch Automotive Products (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.

Responsibilities

The PMO Specialist is responsible for driving organizational excellence through effective project governance, process roll-outs, and portfolio reporting. This includes conducting project spot checks, providing expert consulting to project teams, and acting as a communication bridge between China and Germany.
