Responsibilities

JOB ROLE

In this role you will provide comprehensive support and guidance for various projects while ensuring they are completed on time and within budget

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Maintain project and milestone plans (agile and traditional), planning of meetings and workshops, support resource and capacity planning
  • Monitor project progress (e.g., work status, requirements, velocity), cost, budget, quality, risks and other specific project KPIs or dashboards
  • Administrational support for set-up & preparation of meetings incl. results documentation
  • Prepare (raw) data for reporting purposes, execute (standard) project reports, develop/establish new reporting and executive summaries based on project needs
  • Execute (ad-hoc) research activities and present results to project team members Setup and maintain of collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams) and ensure access of all project members
