What we are looking for: We are seeking a Proactive, Highly Motivated, and Analytical PMO Specialist to join our Customer Success Operations team. This is a critical strategic and operational role, focused on improving the efficiency and performance of the global CS division. We are looking for an individual with strong personal initiative, a "hunger" for process improvement, and a broad, systemic view. The PMO Specialist will be responsible for leading the project management domain, defining and implementing methodologies and processes, and taking operational ownership of the PMO system (Monday.com) for the department, while generating data-driven insights for management and teams. What you’ll do: PMO System Management: Operational responsibility for the complete administration, maintenance, and implementation of Monday.com as the central tool for project management within CS. System Development & Optimization: Define, develop, and deploy system workflows, automations, and integrations within Monday.com and other interfaces, including ongoing maintenance of existing configurations. Cross-Functional Process Improvement: Plan, implement, and continuously improve cross-team business processes. This includes identifying bottlenecks, leading cross-departmental projects for automation, and coordinating activities with internal and external stakeholders. Control and Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and present data to various stakeholders (management, team leads), and build customized reports and managerial Dashboards for operational and strategic purposes. Training and Methodology: Define, implement, and mentor teams on standardized project management methodologies, templates, and standards; provide ongoing support, coaching, and training (including Onboarding) for end-users. Knowledge Management: Build professional knowledge infrastructure (videos, portals) and take responsibility for documenting Lessons Learned and Best Practices, making them accessible across various platforms (Monday, SharePoint, KB, etc.). Requirements Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management, Information Systems, or a similar field – MUST. 1+ years of hands-on experience in a PMO, Process Analyst, System Administrator, or similar cross-functional role. Solid understanding of PMO tools including Monday.com (strong must), Smartsheet, or equivalent solutions." Deep understanding of Project Management (PMO), workflows, and methodologies. High analytical skills and proven experience in building operational reports and dashboards. Ability to Drive in a Matrix Environment: Proven ability to influence peers and managers without direct authority, while creating value and buy-in. "Big Picture" & Initiative: Ability to work autonomously, proactively identify failures, and lead solutions (Self-Starter mindset). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to drive initiatives and manage stakeholders across technical and functional teams. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a MUST for documentation and global communication. Nice to have: Experience working with CRM, Project/Task Management, or Knowledge Base platforms (such as Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint). Experience in a global high-tech environment.
