Job Description Are you passionate about driving change and delivering value through effective project governance? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to join our Group Functions Division on a 12-Month Fixed-term basis, This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of a largescale Group Technology transformation, supporting strategic decision-making and continuous improvement across our business. What you’ll be doing: Supporting the PMO Leadership Team with governance, controls and process development Collaborating with embedded PMOs to ensure consistent application of project management standards Producing and reviewing monthly reporting packs for senior stakeholders Analysing financial data and supporting budget planning and forecasting Coordinating resource supply and demand to optimise utilisation Performing data quality checks and identifying opportunities for automation Leading process improvement initiatives and mentoring junior analysts Implementing governance and reporting aligned with Consumer Duty requirements Qualifications Who we’re looking for: Demonstrating experience in a central PMO environment Applying knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels Using Microsoft Office tools confidently, especially Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project Understanding financial data and its impact on project viability Identifying and implementing process improvements Collaborating across teams with strong interpersonal skills Holding or working towards a P3O or equivalent qualification (preferred but not essential) Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
