Job Description We’re looking for a PMO Analyst to join our Group Functions Change & Delivery team. This role is key to supporting governance and control across our portfolio, ensuring projects run effectively and stakeholders receive the highest level of service. What you’ll be doing: Coordinating governance forums and reporting cycles to support effective portfolio management Producing and reviewing artefacts for governance forums including status reports, RAID logs and change control Tracking portfolio and project costs, supporting forecasts and monitoring adherence to budgets Supporting project documentation creation and quality checking for stage gate processes Leading process improvements and cost reduction initiatives to promote continuous improvement Supporting transitions of PMO process and tooling changes into live environments Coordinating user training on PMO processes and mentoring junior analysts within the team Implementing governance and reporting for changes impacting customers to meet key checkpoints Qualifications Who we’re looking for: Previous experience working in a PMO environment, ideally embedded within a portfolio Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile Strong organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project Ability to analyse processes, identify gaps and drive continuous improvement Exposure to financial tracking and the ability to contextualise data for project viability Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong stakeholder relationships Experience coordinating governance forums and producing high-quality reports and packs A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting team development Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
