INTRODUCTION TO THE JOB

As PMO Analyst you are the go-to person for transforming data into actionable insights. You thrive in structured environments, love streamlining processes, and get a thrill from making reports not just informative, but truly impactful. Your role goes beyond reporting, you’ll step into the role of Key-user, a person who lives and breathes project management systems and time-writing tools. You don’t just use these systems; you shape how they’re used. You see reporting not as a task, but as a craft.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

To help us tackle the technical challenges we face, you’ll need experience working on High Tech products and with complex processes. As PMO Analyst, you’ll need:

  • A relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree with 3 -10 Years of working experience in project/portfolio management and/or SAFe in a large, international organization, working as (agile) project management officer, or a similar position
  • Experience with implementation of changes and improvement initiatives, or ability to do so
  • Sound knowledge of, and working experience in SAFe, Agile and Scrum
  • Basic ITIL knowledge
  • Preferably, you have working experience with Microsoft Project Online, Jira (Align)
  • More than average knowledge of reporting systems (Power BI, Tibco Spotfire)
  • Relevant SAP knowledge (needed to deep dive financial issues)
