Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for a PMO Analyst who will provide direct support at Portfolio, Programme and Project level. Critical outputs include pipeline coordination, planning, reporting, financial tracking & analysis, monitoring and reviews, quality assurance, risks and issues identification and management, change control, maintaining standards, PPM processes and methodologies. This position demands an individual with a sound understanding of PMO activity and structured methodology who can effectively listen, analyse, process then adapt their skill set to deliver the support required across a complex portfolio. You will work extensively with the wider Transformation Team supporting their decisions, maintaining the key risks, actions and issues. This is a great opportunity for an individual with strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships whilst working closely with the key stakeholders and leaders across BGB and beyond. The role will provide the key analytical assurance and governance mechanisms to support a successful PMO whilst being able to shape its future by championing excellent standards and practices.
This role is a hybrid working role with our preferred location being Leicester or Windsor with required occasional travel across other sites
