Responsibilities

Join our dynamic PMO team and play a key role in driving project success! We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support business operations and project delivery across a diverse portfolio. You’ll be at the heart of our divisional Project Office—streamlining processes, coordinating project activities, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love keeping projects on track, we want to hear from you!

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Manage low-risk projects and support project accounting, including month-end closing, invoice generation, and purchase order tracking.
  • Assist with business operations reporting, including timesheet data, utilisation, financials, efficiency, and compliance metrics.
  • Support the PMO Manager with various business support tasks and ad hoc duties as assigned by the Delivery Management Team.
