We are seeking a PMO Analyst to support the delivery of our capital program by assisting with project reporting, analysis, governance support and process improvement. This role will help ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed standards, controls, schedules and budgets, while providing accurate insights to support decision-making. Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Project Managers to collect, validate, and analyse project data
• Support financial tracking, forecasting, reporting, and auditing across projects and portfolios
• Monitor schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
• Identify, track, and mitigate portfolio-level risks and safety issues
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to reporting standards
• Maintain project documentation, registers, lessons learned, and audit trails
• Assist with resource tracking and planning across the portfolio
• Track and support benefits realisation activities
• Improve and automate reporting processes where possible
• Contribute to continuous improvement, standards uplift, and portfolio maturity
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all levels
• Provide general project support to delivery teams
• Support corporate and team KPI achievement

What you bring to the role:

• 5+ years' experience in project management or PMO roles
• Strong organisational, time management, and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Project, Power BI, Excel, and PPM tools
• Understanding of project methodologies in construction/manufacturing/heavy ind
