Role Overview The PMO Analyst will support monthly project budget tracking and forecasting coordinating with a multitude of project team members. Assist Project Managers with project schedules, project control tools and project priorities.What You Will Be Doing Develop and maintain project budget and cash flow forecasting models on a monthly basis. Requires coordination with project team members and Financial Planning & Analysis department. Support the creation and maintenance of internal project management tools such as Project Execution plans, Risk Registers and schedules. Support project due diligence process by gathering information from various project stakeholders being requested by Independent Engineers or investors. Support in certain process creation or defining Roles and Responsibilities that will make the organization more efficient and effective. Additional Duties as Required Travel Travel: less than 10%Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 0 – 2 years of progressively responsible project management experience in energy or a related industry Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (particularly Excel) Proficiency in SAP and SQL is preferred AI skills or experience Competency in Analytical Problem Solving, Strong Communication, Customer/Partner Relationships, and Technology Expertise. (Preferred).
