Description
We are partnering with a leading London based organisation undergoing a major business transformation programme to recruit an experienced PMO Analyst. This is a high-impact role where the successful PMO Analyst will play a critical part in driving programme performance and strengthening project delivery capability across a complex ERP-driven environment. It is ideally suited to a detail-oriented PMO professional with strong project planning expertise and proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes. As a PMO Analyst you will be responsible for overseeing programme performance, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives, and driving consistency in delivery standards. You will take ownership of integrated programme planning, resource management, and performance tracking, working closely with senior stakeholders and delivery teams. Key Responsibilities Proven experience in a PMO Lead / Senior PMO role within a complex ERP or transformation environment Proven Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Experience of owning oversight of programme and project performance, ensuring alignment to business goals and delivery targets Experience of owning and managing the integrated programme plan, including creating and maintaining detailed project plans across multiple workstreams Experience of Tracking, analysing, and reporting on progress, identifying risks, trends, and opportunities to improve delivery outcomes Experience of driving project planning excellence, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly defined and actively managed Experience of overseeing resource management and capacity planning, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across the programme Experience of maintain programme governance artefacts, including roadmaps, risk & issue logs, and status reporting Experience of providing data-driven insights and reporting to senior leadership to support decision-making Experience of ensuring governance compliance, proactively managing risks, issues, and deviations from plan Experience of ensuring effective documentation and knowledge management, maintaining accurate and accessible records Strong experience with Dynamics 365 implementations Demonstrable expertise in project planning and integrated programme planning Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile and Waterfall) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working with senior leadership High attention to detail, with the ability to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks Experience with financial tracking, budgeting, and reporting is advantageous Relevant project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is a plus If you're a PMO professional who thrives on structure, planning, and driving programme success please send your CV to the address provided and I will contact you at my earliest possible convenience. . .
