  • Coordinate company-wide travel, accommodation, subscriptions and other operational requirements.
  • Support internal audits, compliance processes and ISO requirements, ensuring documentation and procedures are maintained.
  • Assist with financial administration including invoicing, supplier management, debt collection and financial controls.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new starters.
  • Maintain key company records, supplier information, internal documentation and reporting.
  • Support the implementation of new systems, acting as a key user and champion for process improvements.
  • Coordinate internal events, team initiatives and business projects.
  • Provide additional support across the wider business where required.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Proven experience in a PMO, project coordination, business support, senior administration or similar role.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects, workstreams, actions or deadlines.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Experience preparing reports, presentations, project documentation and management information.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience improving processes, systems or ways of working.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership and proactively identify solutions.
  • Good numerical and financial administration skills, with experience of invoicing, supplier management or debt collection desirable.
  • Degree Level, 2.1 or above
