Job Description We’re looking for a PMO Analyst to join our Group Functions, Change & Group Technology team in an embedded PMO role. You’ll play a key part in supporting the governance, control and delivery of a portfolio of projects, working closely with project managers, portfolio leads, central PMO and third‑party partners. This is a collaborative role offering exposure to a wide range of stakeholders and initiatives, with plenty of opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement. What you’ll be doing: Supporting portfolio governance by coordinating reporting cycles, forums and project mobilisation activities Producing and quality‑assuring project and portfolio artefacts including status reports, RAID logs and governance packs Tracking project and portfolio costs, supporting forecasting and monitoring budget adherence Supporting project managers with documentation for stage gates, approvals and assurance processes Coordinating and supporting governance and steering meetings, capturing actions, decisions and risks Supporting the implementation of PMO process and tooling changes into business as usual Contributing to process improvement and cost reduction initiatives across the PMO function Coordinating training on PMO processes and tools and supporting or mentoring junior analysts Who we’re looking for: Previous experience working in a PMO environment Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile Experience working with financial data, including budgets, forecasts and actuals Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Project Experience using PMO or PPM tools, with systems such as KeyedIn being advantageous A collaborative and proactive approach, with an interest in continuous improvement Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
