Responsibilities: Program Support Support the Program Director with coordination, follow‑up, documentation, and program tasks. Training Coordination Coordinate a large-scale training effort covering ~1,000 users Manage training planning for various audiences including aircraft mechanics, engineers, planners, logistics staff, office employees, and management. Oversee role‑based training paths, scheduling, and follow-up, including Train‑the‑Trainer sessions. Liaise with airlines and vendors to allocate training capacity and resolve training-related issues efficiently. Communication Coordination Execute the communication plan and ensure consistent messaging across all airlines. Coordinate this with the change managers and project managers from the different airlines. Prepare communication materials including newsletters, program updates, and internal briefings. Translate technical updates into clear, accessible messages for diverse stakeholder groups. Support the creation of high‑quality communications using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, and other media creation tools. Act as the program’s communication ambassador — promoting transparency, alignment, and shared purpose across global teams. Requirements: Experience in project support, coordination, or PMO roles Strong organizational and communication skills Fluent in English Comfortable working in a multicultural, virtual environment Positive mindset and strong can‑do mentality Proficient with tools such as Teams, O365, JIRA, QTest, Zoho and others Background in Communication Management, Business Administration, or similar (or equivalent experience) Advantageous: aviation industry exposure (Airline/CAMO/MRO), familiarity with AMOS/Trax Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, and modern media/content tools
