ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive PMO to oversee multiple digital transformation initiatives. This role is critical in driving business innovation and operational excellence by ensuring all projects are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business, technology, and functional teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve successful outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree and above
  • Previous experience in project coordination or management, preferably in digital transformation or technology-driven projects, is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to perform value analysis and track performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate multiple digital transformation projects, ensuring effective execution in line with strategic objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work proactively with business, technology, and functional teams to gather requirements, facilitate effective communication, and ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Risk Identification & Mitigation: Monitor potential project risks, provide timely reporting, and work with relevant teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
  • Value Analysis & Performance Monitoring: Conduct cost-benefit analyses, establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitor overall project progress to ensure the realization of intended business value.Project Status Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular updates and reports on digital transformation initiatives, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
