PMO assistant – Magic happens when you bring great people together! Job Description - Working closely with departments to ensure all HC updates and dynamics are properly reflected in operation DB including following up-- on any HR raised tickets - Follow on with different departments on the regular posting of SAP MHs -Supporting in updating PID updates - Supporting the invoicing cycle (specially for collector projects & Energy projects) - Supporting in regulating the process of CIGNA medical insurance initiation as well as Travelling engineers DB - Following monthly resource management tool loading and reporting gaps to PMO - Following SGV compliance comments updates and reporting gaps to PMO Prequisites 3-4 years minimum experience Fluent English spoken and written Good communication and presentation skills Good capability for interacting with different teams and collecting data Project operation background (SAP knowledge is a plus) Mastering Excel, Word, Power point (MS access is a plus)

Responsibilities
The assistant will work closely with departments to ensure all Human Capital updates are accurately reflected in the operational database, including following up on HR tickets and regular posting of SAP MHs.
