Job Description: Job Title: PMO Associate Location: Bangalore, India Role Description The PMO Associate supports project governance, reporting, and coordination activities to ensure successful delivery of projects and programs. This role acts as a key enabler for managers and stakeholders by maintaining standards, tracking progress, and providing operational support. Ensure adherence to PMO standards, templates, and compliance requirements. Coordination & Support Organize meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and track action items. Coordinate management information requests across stakeholders. Documentation & Analysis Maintain project documentation repositories and ensure version control. Support financial tracking, resource allocation, and variance analysis. · Communication Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and newsletters for senior management. Facilitate clear communication between project teams and leadership. Operational Excellence Monitor time reporting compliance and reconcile reported hours. Support onboarding/offboarding processes and maintain resource trackers. Your skills and experience Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with PMO tools like SharePoint, Power BI. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data. · Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and time management. Ability to work independently and exhibit ownership. Preferred Certifications PMP or equivalent certification is desirable Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business management, Finance, IT, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or PMO support (banking/BFSI experience preferred).
