Autonomous Vehicles Core Platforms delivers foundational technologies enabling scalable, high-performance AV solutions. As complexity and cross-functional dependencies grow, strong governance and alignment are essential for execution success. This PMO acts as a key enabler, driving structured planning, transparency, and consistency while ensuring alignment between strategy and execution to support sustainable delivery and future growth. \n What will your job look like: Drive coordination between group management and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities, milestones, and deliverables. Lead planning activities across the group, maintaining visibility on execution status, risks, and dependencies. Ensure structured follow-up across initiatives, tracking commitments and supporting timely delivery. Define, implement, and promote standardized processes to improve efficiency, clarity, and scalability. Lead knowledge management, training, and documentation initiatives to strengthen organizational maturity and continuity. Maintain management reports and key performance metrics to enable data-driven decision making. All you need is: B.Sc. degree in any discipline. 3+ years of project management experience in a similar role. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage complex environments effectively. Proactive, results-driven, and execution-oriented. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English and Hebrew. \n
