As a PMO (Project Management Officer) & Business Analyst, you will work closely with our different teams, managing LiveU's projects' portfolio and leading our cross-functional projects. You will analyze processes, effectively solve problems, and recommend ways to achieve successful business transformation. Responsibilities: PMO – assist in planning activities, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables Identify key metrics and KPIs to measure business performance Process mapping and improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams Lead operational excellence improvement projects internally and cross functional Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Develop recommendations and support the implementation of processes Create executive-level presentations Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting activities Requirements BSc/BA in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related field 5 years of experience as a PMO, Business Analyst, or similar role Data-oriented with a background in systems analysis/data analysis Project management experience Ability to see the "big picture” and prioritize Understanding of business processes, and their implementation Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent English verbal and written communication skills Team player, effective interpersonal skills Strong Excel, PowerPoint skills Basic requirements None
