Description
Drive end-to-end execution of key O2O initiatives within Lotus’s Thailand, ensuring alignment with business priorities and division-level governance. Act as the central project owner across Operations, Technology, Marketing, Commercial, and external partners to ensure structured delivery, risk control, and measurable business impact. Responsibilities: Own end-to-end delivery of assigned O2O initiatives aligned with business priorities Translate roadmap into clear project plans, milestones, and cross-functional actions Drive coordination and accountability across Ops, Tech, Marketing, Commercial, and partners Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure predictable execution Track timeline, scope, and business impact; provide structured updates to leadership Support go-live readiness and post-launch stabilization Key Skills: Strong hands-on project and program management capability Cross-functional stakeholder management and influence without authority Execution governance and structured risk management Strategic prioritization with strong business acumen Data-driven tracking and performance monitoring Clear, concise executive communication High ownership mindset with strong problem solving ability Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field 6+ years of project or program management experience in retail, eCommerce, or O2O environments Proven experience delivering large-scale operational system implementations (WMS, OMS, Rider/Last-mile systems, Retail Applications) Strong understanding of retail supply chain, fulfillment workflow, inventory management, and last-mile operations Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority Structured problem-solving and risk management capability Data-driven mindset with ability to track and interpret operational KPIs Strong executive communication and presentation skills Fluent in Thai and English (verbal and written) Preferred: Hands-on experience managing full project lifecycle (requirement → design → UAT → go-live → stabilization)
