Job Title: PMO Coordinator Location: Preston. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Salary: Circa £35,000 What you’ll be doing: Responsible for ensuring the Project Management Office (PMO) day to day administrative duties are managed within the Project & Programme (P&P) team Manage the scheduling and agenda setting of the weekly & monthly reviews, maintenance of the approval matrix and the review SharePoint intranet sites Facilitation of these reviews inclusive of action and decision tracking Responsible for assuring Project Business Case Approval packs, feeding back to PMs if required, and progressing to the appropriate approval route Provide Major Project Performance Review (MPPR) project pack assurance, create the MPPR meeting pack/dashboard Support with Partner PMO engagements, focusing on P&P performance, financial positioning and resource alignment Support the distribution of the relief note to EIT PMs upon receipt from DXC, manage ongoing tracking until relief note outcome has been received and issue weekly relief note status reports Provide support and approval where necessary for SharePoint queries and actions Support with the IT On-Boarding of new starters Your skills and experiences: Essential: Good Administration and Excel experience SharePoint experience Already hold or be willing to gain Project Management Qualification such as the APM PMQ Qualification Desirable: Previous experience within a PMO role Good understanding of one or more PM&C tools techniques and practices. The Enterprise IT PMO team: This role has responsibility for supporting the successful operation of the Programme & Project (P&P) Project Management Office (PMO). Providing central support within the PMO team, carrying out administration duties critical to the day to day operations.
