The role will require occasional travel to meet internal stakeholders and customers. What I will be doing: Working as part of the central PMO team, you will be providing essential support directly to several inflight projects. The PMO team are responsible for supporting Project Managers, Delivery Leads and senior stakeholders, you will help ensure projects are delivered in a controlled, consistent and commercially effective manner. You will be responsible for maintaining project controls, supporting governance processes, tracking delivery performance, managing risks and issues, and producing timely management information to support decision-making. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will promote PMO best practice, drive process improvements and help maintain high standards of project delivery across the business. Key responsibilities include: Support Delivery Leads in the day-to-day coordination and administration of multiple technical projects. Maintain project schedules, track progress and provide regular status updates and reporting. Assist with project financial management, including budget tracking and forecasting updates. Maintain project RAID logs, monitoring risks and issues and escalating where appropriate. Create and update project plans, ensuring information remains accurate and current. Support project governance activities and help drive process improvement initiatives. Engage with internal teams and external customers, providing timely and accurate project information. Assist with resource and workforce planning activities across the delivery portfolio. Contribute to the wider delivery community by sharing best practice and supporting continuous improvement of delivery processes. The Fit: We are looking for a PMO Coordinator who has previous experience supporting Agile based projects including tracking project schedules, risks, issues, actions and dependencies. You will have understanding of project management principles, methodologies and governance, able to monitor project financials and budgets. With excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, you will enjoy working in collaborative environments and working autonomously. Due to the industries we work in, we require all our team to be able to obtain security clearance. To qualify for this, you must be a British passport holder and have lived permanently in the UK for the last 5 years.
