Responsibilities

Programme management across Europe to support TNT to FedEx customer migration
Execution of cross-functional migration processes, steering cross-functional and regional teams across Europe
Process implementation design
Creation of all the necessary process documentation supporting cross-functional programme
Charing workshops and regular regional meetings across EU
Creation of customer facing materials supporting customer migration, with focus on customer centricity
