Responsibilities

CONSULTANCY ROLE DESCRIPTION:

This position encapsulates a consultancy mission at a client site through Keystone Solutions. Specifically, the role is for a PMO Lead within a Data Migration Program, where you will support and drive the successful execution of the program while ensuring project governance and alignment with strategic business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will carry out the following responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks.
  • Consolidate and analyze project data for reporting.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
  • Track project financials and resource allocations.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding actions.
  • Proactively manage risks and issues assessment log.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

The successful candidate will perform the following duties under Keystone Solutions’ consultancy model:

  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to best practices in project governance.
  • Reporting & Insights: Produce actionable reports for leadership.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate communication across teams.
