Descripción del empleo We are seeking a Team Lead with a strong PMO background to oversee a multidisciplinary team working on Business Intelligence and Data Integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an experienced project manager with a solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, capable of driving delivery across modern and legacy technology landscapes. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate a team of BI and data integration professionals. Manage project delivery using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of data-related projects. Promote continuous improvement and support the transition to modern cloud-based solutions. Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting and presentations in English. Requisitos Requirements Proven experience in project management or PMO roles within data or BI environments. Strong command of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex project portfolios. Fluent English (C2 level) – both written and spoken – is essential. Technical awareness of BI and data integration tools is desirable but not required.
