What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinating project meetings, workshops, and steering groups
• Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions
• Supporting project documentation, governance, and reporting
• Running daily stand-ups and supporting agile team ceremonies
• Maintaining Jira boards and helping track delivery progress
• Coordinating website and technology releases
• Managing team timesheets and supporting project reporting
• Producing weekly and monthly project updates and dashboards
• Acting as a key point of contact for project-related queries
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and automate manual tasks

What We're Looking For

• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Confident working with multiple stakeholders and priorities
• A proactive approach to solving problems and following up actions
• Comfortable learning new tools and systems
• An interest in project delivery and technology teams

Desirable Experience

• PMO, project support, delivery coordination, or administration experience
• Exposure to Agile ways of working
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar tools
• Experience supporting project reporting or governance activities
